Pray RDD began in 2014 with a desire for the next generation of followers of Jesus to take ownership of the city they live in and pray for God to restore His city. Over the years it has grown into a desire for all generations to come together and do the same. The heart of #PrayRDD is grand and its purpose is simple. This is an opportunity for the family of God to come together and learn about our city. Our city’s history and statistics will serve as a catalyst for prayer, rallying us to identify with the city we call home, cover the city in prayer, and continue the mighty work of Christ in Redding.

Now is the time to PRAY, Redding (RDD).

#PrayRDD is a call for followers of Jesus to band together in prayer for the city that God has placed us in and called us to, Redding (RDD), CA. It is a prayer tour designed to learn about the past history and current statistics of our city, while visiting historical landmarks or current locations that serve as a catalyst for our prayer focus. For example, when visiting the oldest church in our city we learn of past history and current statistics and then pray for the local church in Redding. When visiting Old City Hall we learn of past history and current statistics and then pray for our current local governing officials. This pattern continues throughout the tour.
